Delivery Information

UK Wide Courier Delivery

• We deliver to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland.

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery tracking notification and an Expected Time of Arrival from our third-party delivery partner.

• Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days* from the time your order is received (excluding weekends).

• *Please note that orders placed on Thursdays containing fresh items (e.g., bread, plantain, onions) will be dispatched the following Monday.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is available to receive your order. If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery day/time, our delivery partners may offer the option to select a ‘Safe Place’ or divert to a neighbor.

• Delivery fees start at £8 and are incremental based on your total basket weight.

• At checkout, the applicable delivery cost will be calculated based on the weight of your basket and your location. A minimum basket value surcharge applies for orders under £25.

• Please note that delivery costs are subject to change in line with prices offered by our delivery partners.

Please be aware: While we strive to deliver a seamless experience, certain situations beyond our control (e.g., national postal strikes, adverse weather conditions) may affect delivery timescales. We will keep you informed with regular updates in these cases.

Your Delivery Options

1. Standard Delivery

   • Starts from £8, incremental based on the weight of your basket.
   • Delivery within 2 to 5 working days for orders received by noon, Monday to Thursday.

2. Next Working Day Delivery

   • Starts from £9.99, incremental based on the weight of your basket.
   • Delivery by the next working day for orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Thursday.

3. Warehouse Pick-Up

   • Free (Available at our warehouse in Erith, DA18 4AB)
   • Service is available Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm.
   • Orders are usually available for pick-up 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order. One of our team members will contact you to confirm when your order is ready.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is final. Due to the quick turnaround required to process orders efficiently, we are unable to accept cancellations.
